No international data transfers will be made, except in the case of activation of Google Analytics cookies, or the use of the Drive storage service, a service provided by Google INC. and the WhatsApp service, both of which are providers with servers in the USA and therefore involve an international transfer of data. CINC will treat your data in the strictest confidence and in compliance with its duty of secrecy, in accordance with the provisions of the applicable data protection regulations, in particular Article 32 of the RGPD, adopting the necessary technical and organisational measures to ensure the security of your data and prevent its alteration, loss, unauthorised processing or access, taking into account the state of technology, the nature of the data stored and the risks to which they are exposed. In particular, we have adopted the relevant and mandatory measures in accordance with the data protection regulations concerning: personnel duties and obligations, recording of events, support and document management, access control, identification and authentication, backup and recovery, as well as the necessary and mandatory measures in accordance with local regulations.
